Additionally, she coordinates professional photography, staging, and virtual tours, schedules showings with potential buyers and agents, provides feedback to sellers, manages paperwork, ensures compliance with real estate laws, tracks listing deadlines, and coordinates open houses and events. Ivis plays a crucial role in ensuring all necessary documents are completed and filed appropriately.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Ivis Armendariz relocated with her family to Southwest Florida in 2002. When not enjoying in the warm Florida sun and sandy beaches, Ivis enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. You can often find her exploring local eateries, attending social events, and participating in art walks, poetry nights, and book clubs.
