Director of Sales, Realtor®Samantha's lifelong passion for real estate was likely kindled by her frequent visits to the stunning Biltmore Estate during her childhood in Asheville, North Carolina. After her elementary years, Samantha's family relocated to Florida where she has resided for nearly 20 years. Her journey in the real estate industry began early, balancing her studies at the University of Central Florida in Orlando with hands-on experience leasing an 800+ unit multi-family community. Samantha graduated with honors degrees in Business, Psychology, and English, equipping her with a unique skill set to excel in real estate.
Since joining the Grant Group in 2014, Samantha has had the privilege of working alongside Doug Grant, serving both buyers and sellers with dedication. She genuinely loves her work and takes immense joy in surpassing her clients' real estate expectations. Her favorite aspects of the real estate industry include understanding her clients' unique needs to find the perfect solution, navigating complex negotiations, and expertly marketing and representing her listings.
